Two scoops have come in on two anticipated projects which look like they are finally going into development at last:

Producer Mario Kassar recently spoke to a Lebanese film magazine regarding production for Terminator 4 and TheArnoldFans transcribed a copy of the key elements of the article:

"T4 is in the works. The screenplay will be ready in 8 or 9 months. Once we have that, we will proceed with the production. The question that has never been answered in all the Terminator films is time travel. You can come from the future to change the present. But we never see how they go back to the future, which is a subject that can be explored. I think you already know where T4 is going from the ending of T3".

Meanwhile FilmJerk has learned from its sources that James Redfield?s ?The Celestine Prophecy?, a novel that spent more than three years on the New York Times? bestseller list, has gained financing from Barnet Bain Films and is now looking to cast its lead actors for a late March principal photography start.

Location wise things will be shot in Los Angeles and Ocala, FL. Armand Mastroianni, a veteran of television movies and series, has been tapped as the director. 'Celestine' has sold nearly 12 million copies in print in more than 40 languages worldwide.

Irgendwie war das Ende von T3 so unbefriedigend, da musste noch was kommen - bin nur gespannt ob sich der Gouvernator dazu herabl?sst da nochmal mitzumachen

Ich denke er macht den Film auf keinen Fall, das l?sst doch sein politisches Amt gar ned zu und ohne Schwarzenegger kein richtiger Terminator und ohne richtigen Terminator keine guten Einspielergebnisse.
Vielleicht wird ja dann der Terminator bei einer Geschlechtsumwandlung in eine Frau umgeformt und es kommt zum finalen Schlammcatchen

also arni hat den t4 angedreht aber dann kam der g-posten dazwischen und ,es wird ein anderer seine rolle ?bernehmen,aber arni wird im film zu sehen sein is ja logisch wenn er schon angedreht ist,ist halt ne nebenrolle!!!

Angeblich macht er nicht mehr mit,stand in T-online,
ich hab nur leider die alten Nachrichten nich mehr gefunden!
Schade eigentlich,weil wenn er nich mehr mitspielt,
denk ich macht er nich soviel umsatz!
Obwohl der Film so ber?hmt ist!
Aber was nich is kann ja noch werden,von dem her,man weis nie was die Zukunft bringt!

das thema is doch sowas von ausgelutscht...
T3 war doch schon der totale reinfall wie ich finde... carmeron hat schon gewusst warum er keinen dritten teil machen wollte und wenn das der geistige vater dieser filmreihe sagt, dann is doch klaa das es nur noch darum geht, das thema bis zum letzten st?ck abzukaspern...war schon ein wunder das arni da ?berhuapt zugesagt hat... also nee
